Failure to launch

Often times on our journey we will come to a place that feels like stagnation or like we’ve hit a wall. To be quite honest, most of the time we are the stagnation or wall.
We ask God to increase our faith but when opportunities arise for us to exercise that faith we fail to launch. We must remember that “faith is the substance of things hoped for and the evidence of things not seen” (Hebrews 11:1) Sometimes you’re going to have to leap.
This isn’t a free pass to make impulsive unwise decisions but rather a reminder that a “a good man’s steps are ordered by the Lord” (Psalm 37:23). It was explained to me once that many people misinterpret this and think it means you just standing around waiting for God to hand you a detailed itinerary of His plan. While you should always move in wisdom, once you have received your confirmation (sometimes multiple times) you’re going to have to walk. When you walk, God will order your steps.
Even if you make a mistake, He always has a plan to get you to your destiny at the moment it was predestined for you to be there.
Every morning is a fresh start
Often times we make things way more complicated then they actually are.
Everyday is a new opportunity with God. He doesn’t hold grudges. His mercies are renewed every morning. Your yesterday doesn’t have to be today, and your past doesn’t have to dictate your future.
If you need a fresh start today, all you have to do is ask Him.
#MondayMotivation Getcho Mind Right
When you live kingdom minded, don’t expect everyone to comprehend what you’re doing and why you’re doing it. The light of The Lord inside of you is quite capable of drawing others unto Himself. Less talk, more action. Clever memes and inspirational post sharing doesn’t mean a thing if you’re not snatching souls out of the fire. All you accomplish with that is portraying an image but if you are not living that image you’re not fooling God.
“And the light shines in the darkness, and the darkness did not comprehend it.” John 1:5 NKJV
Seek God 1st
(Matthew 6:33) It says SEEK FIRST the kingdom of #God and His righteousness AND THEN all else will be added. You can’t skip the first part & expect stuff . Come on man that’s like showing up to the Olympics demanding a metal and you didn’t even play in the games or like me showing up at the phone company on pay day for a check & I don’t even work there . People that do that are the same folks that look at your hand of cards when you go to the bathroom.
